“What is the turnaround time?”
-The current turnaround time is 7-14 business days. We strive to have orders completed sooner however; it may take a little longer depending on the size of your order. Turnaround time section in our Terms & Conditions / Policy for more information on this.
“Can I rush my order?”
-As long as it is physically possible for me to complete the order by your requested date, yes! Please refer to our Terms & Conditions / Policy for more information. It will be under Rush Order / Need-By Dates section.
“I need my order by a specific date, is that possible?”
-Absolutely! Again, please refer to our Terms & Conditions / Policy for more information. It will be under Rush Order / Need-By Dates section.
“What is the minimum that I can order?”
-Not all services require a minimum to order. However, there is “bulk order pricing” available for larger orders. This information can be found under “Minimum order quantity [MOQ]” in our Terms & Conditions / Policy.
“Can I use my own artwork / design / logo?”
-Absolutely! As long as you can provide the digital artwork that meet the “artwork requirements”. Please send the original files to Kala@outlawapparel.net. More information on this is available in our Terms & Conditions / Policy under “Artwork”
“I do not have the artwork that I want to use in a digital format. Can I send you a picture of what I am wanting?
-Yes! I will take a look at the design and see if it is something that can be recreated. If it can, you will be charged for the design/recreation fee. You can also reach out to the original designer (if available) to ask if they are willing/able to send you the original file. Please make sure that the file they send you meets the “artwork requirements”.
“How much is the artwork/redesign fee?”
-Artwork design/redesign fees start at $50/hour with a minimum of 1 hour. [All artwork comes with 2 (two) free revisions. Additional edits/revisions are $10 each. Major edits are subject to artwork/redesign fees.
* A minimum deposit of $200 is required up front on all complex designs. No exceptions. *
** Deposits are non-refundable and will be credited towards your final invoice. **

“Can I get a copy of my artwork?”
-Any artwork that you provide belongs to you. If it is artwork that you have hired us to create, it belongs to Outlaw Apparel. You are welcome to purchase the design release file if you’d like. There is more information about this in our Terms & Conditions / Policy under “Artwork Creation & Ownership”.
“Can I see the product before I place my order?”
-Sure thing! I will send you a digital mockup/proof that will require your approval prior to being sent to production.
“What if the artwork I want to use is trademarked or copyrighted?”
-Use at your own risk. You can find all the info you need on this under “Registered Trademarks, logos, & Copyrighted Material” in our Terms & Conditions / Policy.
.“What if the items that I want/need are out of stock?”
-I will check stocks to make sure that all requested items are in stock prior to sending the invoice. It is up to you to make sure that your invoice is paid in a timely manner to ensure that the items are available. If the payment is delayed and items are out of stock, I will send you a list of similar items or we can wait until they are back in stock. If I have to place a separate order for these items, there will be an additional shipping & handling fee. Also, there is more information on this in our Terms & Conditions / Policy.
“Can I provide my own items?”
-You can. Please bring an itemized list of these items that include manufacturer, style number, color, size, quantities and cost of each item to be printed prior to order confirmation. Please take note that Outlaw Apparel will not be responsible for replacing items that are misprinted/mis -sewn.
“Can I change the colors in my design?”
-Yes. As long as the artwork is able to be changed. There will also be a color change fee for this. You know where to look for more information…it’s under “Color Changes”.
“Is it possible to change the size of my print according to the size of the item?”
-Absolutely! Print size will automatically be adjusted for youth to adult size garments. If you’d like additional changes, please let me know and find additional information in our Terms & Conditions / Policy under “Sizing & Placement of prints”
“I have already approved my order and/or paid my invoice, can I add something?”
-Yes. There may be additional fees for this though. Find more information in our Terms & Conditions / Policy under “Adding garments/items”
“Why is there a charge for shipping&handling and for shipping on my invoice?”
-Shipping & handling is the fee charged to get the materials to us from our wholesaler. Shipping is to get the finished items to you. Find more information in our Terms & Conditions / Policy under “Shipping/Delivery/Pick-up”
“Can I cancel my order?”
-You can but there may be fees and charges that come with this. Find more information in our Terms & Conditions / Policy under “Cancellations & Restock Fees”
“Can I return my order for a refund?”
-Unfortunately, no. All items are made to order just for you and I have no need for them! Find more information in our Terms & Conditions / Policy under “Returns”. If there is an issue with your order, please let me know within 48 hours of receipt and I will be happy to get this fixed for you.
“How do I care for my item?”
DTG/DTF Printed
-Wash all garments prior to wearing them to prevent discoloration and/or skin irritation.
-Keep unwashed garments out of direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
-Wash similar colors together
-Wash custom printed materials in cold water with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle
-Avoid using bleach or other harsh detergents
-Wash and dry inside out
-Tumble dry low if you must, otherwise hang to dry
-Avoid dry cleaning and ironing
Sublimated Items:
-Wash all garments in cold water prior to wearing them to prevent discoloration and/or skin irritation.
-Wash all tumblers prior to use. [Handwash only]
*Hot water may fade the colors on your item.
Embroidered Garments:
-Use mild detergent
-Do not bleach
-Machine on a gentle cycle or hand wash in cold water
-Iron on the reverse side of the garment
Laser engraved items:
-Wash tumblers, cutting boards, or any other item that you may eat/drink from prior to use.
